Is there a free trial?

Yes. All plans include a free 14-day trial with full feature access. No credit card required to start.

What happens if I exceed my user count?

You are billed per additional user at the rate shown on your plan. No surprise charges or overage penalties — your service continues uninterrupted.

How secure are the calls?

All signaling can be encrypted with TLS and all media with SRTP. File transfers use end-to-end encryption. Credentials are stored encrypted on-device.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

Do you support multi-tenant deployments?

Yes. Our cloud portal supports managing multiple tenants, each with their own branding, settings, and user base — ideal for VoIP providers serving multiple business customers.
